BvA Report Formatting

One thing that would be helpful in the BvA reporting would be if we can adjust the time period for "budget" and "actuals" separately.
For example, many of our clients want to see a BvA with YTD Actuals but full year Budget values. Currently, if you set the timeframe for the full fiscal year, then the Actuals will also be for the full year (so it will include expenses for the current month, which has not been reconciled and closed). We have many clients request this and we have to spend hours updating the reports manually.
Let me know if this makes sense or if you'd like further details! I tried to explain it concisely but I can provide a more detailed explanation if needed

Dynamic Merge Fields in Statement Email Subject Line
A
Abraham Gluck
Hello QuickBooks Product Team,
We urgently need the ability to include Customer Name as a dynamic merge field in the subject line of statement emails in QuickBooks Online.
Currently, statement emails are sent with identical subject lines, and there is no way to automatically include the customer’s name.
Because of this limitation:
Email systems like Gmail group multiple statements into a single thread, even when sent to different customers.
It creates internal confusion when we are BCC’d on many customer statements.
Customers cannot easily identify that the statement belongs specifically to them.
It increases the risk of missed payments and delays.
It reduces professionalism in client communications.
At minimum, we need support for:
[Customer Name]
in the email subject line.
While additional merge fields (such as Statement Date or Balance Due) would be helpful in the future, having Customer Name alone would already solve the core operational issue.
This is not a cosmetic enhancement — it directly affects payment tracking, email threading behavior, and accounting workflow efficiency.
Please prioritize adding Customer Name as a dynamic subject line variable for statement emails.
Thank you.
