The was reported by one of my students: User Role - Accounts Receivable Manager - REPORT LOAD ISSUE - - As of last week with the platform change under this user role AR Manager, the user, cannot access the Sales by Product/Service Summary Report (can get to the detail but not summary) - error you get is "Cannot load this page" If you are in the new platform and this happens to you whether it be for this specific user or cannot load a report -- THE Solution is (per Intuit support) go to the top of the page off center in small blue letters click "Switch to Classic View" -once in Classic view hopefully the report you had trouble with will now load for you - if not contact Intuit support.

Tonya Schulte There is a limit on the number of columns that can be displayed on a report. If I am not wrong, we do display upto 550 columns, post that all other columns/customers are grouped into 'Other' column.
Could you let me know the number of customers listed in your company ?
Tonya Schulte
Subhanan Sahoo - There are definitely more than that as this customer works on over 500 jobs per month and the report also shows customers, not just projects. Is there a way to have a profit and loss by project report or a way on the profit and loss by customer report to tell the report to only show projects, not the breakdown of the customer that it is nested under?

Tonya Schulte: May I know which QBO SKU (Adv/Plus/Essentials) are you using?
Currently for QBO Adv and IES product, we do have a project profitability report. Please see the image attached.
Is you ask for specific to view all PNL accounts for every project at once (instead of the summary/profitability view) ?
Tonya Schulte
Subhanan Sahoo This particular client is in Advanced. And, no the summary profitability view is not enough. We need the breakdowns by each G/L account - a P&L basically. But without all the unnecessary roll-up into the top-level client.

Hi @Alicia Pollock
We’ve recently made some updates to the modern reports. Specifically, if an account has transactions that net to $0, you can now drill down into those accounts.
Could you please check again and let me know if the issue still persists?

Two more drilling issues - if it's a $0 on a report, it's not honoring the "All" showing the zero, just showing a - . As a result, I can't drill into anything on the balance sheet that has a $0 balance even though there are transactions there.
Also, my Sales by Product Summary report isn't showing "Unspecified" - there's just a big unlabeled negative total at the top of the report.

Thank you for the feedback Alicia and Tonya. We will investigate this and get back.

I am having a similar issue - not quite the same. When I create a Profit and Loss by Customer report, there is a certain $ amount listed under "Other" (this used to say "Unspecified" on Classic reports which made more sense) and I can't drill into that "Other" amount to determine what is making up that dollar amount or determine what has been posted incorrectly. When I try to look at a transaction detail of the entire amount of that G/L account to determine it, sorting that transaction detail report by customer basically eliminates the "Other" amount. There is no way to reconcile this report and fix errors.
