In Classic reports, when viewing a summary report by column, if you drilled-down, you would get a detailed report that also had that same split shown as a grouping (or at least, as a column). Modern reports is missing this helpful nuance.

I also find the modern reports lacking. It was so much easier trying to figure how what was in each account by drilling down on the reports. This should be a feature that is added to the modern reports. Who is intuit listening too, not us accountants.

Yes, I HATE the modern reports SO MUCH!! I rely on the classic view and run my g/l reports with the split column so I know where trxs were posted. PLEASE don't take it away.
