I usually use the QBO Desktop app for all my client work. Last week, I went to use one of my many custom reports (like maybe 40 custom reports) for a client ... and they were ALL gone! I had a few panic moments - screamed for a bit - then decided to access the client thru the regular QBO login (not desktop app), and all the custom reports are there via that access.
Why did all my custom reports disappear from the QBO Desktop App (still not there)?
