Custom Reports, deleted line items, and downloading to Excel

I have 10-15 custom reports set up PER client. None of them work in modern view which means I will have to take hours or pay someone for hours of work to recreate them all.
When I pull a balance sheet it includes $0 accounts that were deleted long ago, regardless if I choose to not see $0 line items.
When I download a P&L to Excel I have to "Ungroup" the rows several times before I can edit the report.

Happy to address all three issues you raised. Here is where things stand:
- Custom Reports Not Working in Modern View
When we begin migrating Classic custom reports to Modern view, all your existing custom reports will be automatically migrated. You will not need to do anything manually. We are committed to ensuring 100% data parity during the migration, so your reports will look and behave exactly as they did in Classic view. 🔄 Coming with migration.
- Zero Dollar Accounts Showing in Reports ✅ Fixed
Zero dollar accounts were incorrectly appearing by default in several reports including Balance Sheet Detail, General Ledger, and other detailed reports. This has been fixed. These accounts will no longer show up by default, keeping your reports clean and focused on relevant data.
- Grouping Not Retained on Excel Export 🔄 In Progress
When exporting a report to Excel, the grouping structure that is applied within the report is currently not being carried over to the exported file. We are aware of this and it is being worked on
