Hi Chris Macksey
The following two issues are now live in production for all customers:
- Date range inconsistency in exported reports
- Missing export option due to a UI issue
The third issue—where the report name was being appended with “-copy”— is work in progress and we hope to release the fix by tomorrow.
Please find the demo video of the fixes below for reference.: https://www.loom.com/share/bbc372e370a248928aee82cd00f72652
Do check and let me know if you are still facing some issue.

Export the entire group as a PDF rather than the specific report and you should replicate it.

Hi Chris,
I am unable to reproduce this behavior and want to make sure I am testing the exact same situation and click path that you are using.
From the Custom Reports tab, I click on the "Balance Sheet - copy". The report loads and I click on the export Icon and select "Export as PDF". A preview loads where I choose Save as PDF or Print. The end result is a PDF format of the report which has the same data an layout - a Balance Sheet for Sept 2025 with Prior Period Amount and % of change. Please see the attached video.
Is this the same exact click path and use case that you are using?
