There was an option called "Magic Link" in the request section that would enable us to copy the request portal link and send it to our clients. Now , this has been replaced by "Send Email", and it would be sent only to a particular set of contacts (that needs to be invited) and they would have to create an intuit login. Many of our clients are not technologically advanced, hence, we cannot completely switch to this feature. It would be ideal for our firm if "Magic Link" was brought back, enabling clients to answer questions without logging in.
