Negative Amounts by Default - Settings for Company or User Preference

Please, for the love of my sanity, provide a user or company setting to choose how to present negative numbers. I pull up so many reports every day, and every time I have to change the "Customize," "Number Format" "Negative Numbers: (100)" "Show in Red"... So many clicks on so many reports, but I can't get this to be a default across all my settings.
Please make this a setting that we can default to. You have date preferences and currency preferences under Settings/Advanced/Other Preferences. Just add it there! Easy!

I would add to this: All of the report display options should be available as a settings "bundle" at the client level, with a toggle button on each report customize. Sometimes no special formatting is fine-- For example, rounding: During a month-end close, I WANT reports to show decimals when I am reconciling things, but on custom reports and management reports I want the option to go with my preferred format combo: Negatives (), no decimals, do not show $0 lines or columns.
And on GL or drill-down reports, I want the option to default to Debit/Credit/Balance format - either all the time, or a quick toggle switch. Not having that format as a quick setting is so annoying.
