Subhanan Sahoo I haven't received a response (almost 5 weeks later), the reporting is still jacked up, and I still have a very angry client who's transferring his lack of trust in QBO reporting into lack of trust in us. Could someone please provide an update.

Mark, on Canny Feedback Zero understanding of how this could possibly happen. It was a really ^fun^ conversation with the client, though - another example of QBO glitches making us look bad.
