Enhanced Scrolling Experience in Modern View

The scrolling experience in the modern view is slow and not smooth, with the scroll moving in smaller steps. I would like a smoother scrolling experience similar to the classic view, where it moves in one swift motion.

You can scroll anywhere on the page — not just within the table — for a smoother, faster browsing experience that feels natural and efficient.
