My client is using Advanced. They are paying $275 per month. And you can't pull a report without a delay? Maybe kill some of the nonsense AI and free up server space for actual bookkeeping.

I am having the same issue too. We are in the 'modern' report platform and using IES and never knew there was a line limit to reports. Apparently, it is 15K lines. On Friday, I called in and got a support ticket created, so hopefully this will get resolved soon.

We are having the same problem with a large company trying to run the AR Aging. We get the same message, and then it fails to load the report every time.
