Reporting option issue has now been fixed.

Breanna Suit Did you get a chance to view the setting in your 'reporting options' ? Let us know if the reports are not honouring the default settings.

Not only that if you select a report say p&l last month then you change the report to look at last year and put other customization such as debit and credit then run it, it runs once if you refresh the customization it all defaults back to the original report. It's exhausting and time consuming!

Hi Breanna,
First thing to check will be the "Reporting Options" that are under the Accountant Tools while logged into the specific client company.
My Menu > Tools > Report Options (screen shot attached for reference)
The report options listed here supersede the options selected within the Account and Settings Page, when an Accounting Firm Team member is accessing the client company. Please visit the below article for more information:
