Retained earnings are showing as doubled in the BS report, but in the TB everything else is zero until you refresh and then all values are visible. The TB download has zero for every other account and only shows the a doubled value in the RE. NOTE This seems to be IES specific as I can't recreate it on any of my QBO clients.

Subhanan Sahoo It does not appear to be fixed. I just checked several companies, and not only does it list Retained Earnings rather than the numbered account, but several other accounts show balances but not the account numbers/names at all. This is in both Accrual and Cash.

Subhanan Sahoo this issue is still happening for my client on IES and it's a major problem -- RE is showing much higher than it actually is, which shows in modern reports. It shows accurately through Spreadsheet Sync reports though. Any update?
