The Sales Order report (currently only two and they are both only for OPEN status) needs to be able to have all Sales Orders regardless of status for whatever date range needed and show a Summary TOTAL for the date range selected. Also, it needs to be able to be filtered for one or more customers.

The filters are much more difficult to use than the classic report filters. They don't make sense at all.
