Saved General Ledger reports do not run

I created a GL report for a specific credit card account to send to our customer for review of categorizations. Once I set up all the filtering and column options, I saved it as a custom report. However, when I try to run it, I get a screen with the message "We couldn't load your report" (image attached). This is very disruptive if I cannot configure, save, and reliably execute a report that I run routinely.

Hi Alex, thank you for flagging this!
We investigated the issue you reported around the saved General Ledger report not opening. Unfortunately, we were unable to replicate it on our end — all saved General Ledger reports were opening correctly during our testing. Based on this, we believe it may have been an intermittent issue.
Could you please check on your end and confirm whether the report is now loading correctly for you?
If the issue is still persisting, please share your company ID and we will reopen the investigation and take another look right away.
For now, I am marking this as resolved since the functionality is working as expected from our side. However, if you are still facing the issue, just let us know and we will get straight back on it.
