The sharing of the "groups" for custom report saves is not working. It used to work just fine until a few weeks ago when the move was officially made from Classic to Modern Reports. At first, when that move was made, there was no sharing option to share with "Firm Only". That has now been resolved (Thank you!). However, the sharing of the group has NOT been fixed. When a firm member saves a report to a group and shares it with Firm Only, it only saves the report. it does NOT save the report in the group that was created. Now, however, the other firm members only see the custom report. We do not see the group and those reports grouped/organized within the shared group. Each member of the firm has to go into each one of these custom reports our firm-member created and resave it by creating the group and saving it within that newly created group. This is an issue and really needs resolution since this was a feature we had before but it was lost during the transition from Classic to Modern.
