Unable to Save a Custom Report from a Standard Report

Multiple people are unable to "save as" a standard report to a custom report. We tried in Chrome, Edge, and Chrome Incognito. We've cleared our cache. We've tried yesterday and today at different times. This is significantly disrupting our work flow.

This issue has been fixed. There was an intermittent issue where blank reports were not being saved. This has been resolved. Let is know if the issue still persists.

I had the same problem on 1/9/2026 trying to save a custom report and share it with my client. The changes and sharing were not saving in Modern View. I found the hidden button to switch to classic review, switched to classic view and then I was able to save and share the report.

Elizabeth Run the report, the same button that includes export to Excel, now includes switch to Classic View.
