We would like to request an enhancement to all Customer reports and specifically the "Unbilled Charges" report in QuickBooks Online so that customer-level custom fields, such as "Project Manager," can be pulled into and used for filtering on the report.

We assigned a Project Manager to each customer/client record so that we can identify which staff member is responsible for reviewing and billing that client. However, when we add the Project Manager column to the Unbilled Charges report, it displays as “Unspecified” even though the Project Manager is populated on the customer record.

It would be extremely helpful if the Unbilled Charges report could:

* Pull the Project Manager value directly from the associated customer or project record.

* Allow the report to be filtered and grouped by Project Manager.

* Carry other relevant customer-level custom fields into the report as well.

Our goal is to quickly provide each Project Manager with a list of their clients that currently have unbilled charges so they can review and complete billing. At this point, the Project Manager field being available as a column but not actually pulling the value from the customer record makes the feature completely useless.

Please consider adding this functionality to QuickBooks Online reporting.
