Just converted a company from desktop and spent four hours updating employee historical payroll data mostly because of the ridiculous setup process. (why not just a spreadsheet that gets uploaded?) After getting all the payroll data in history to match to the penny, I run Payroll Summary by Employee Report and it's completely wrong on one payroll deduction. After 3 hours of online support the only result is they did something on the back end that doubled the historical data. So, we escalated, and I uploaded reports so they can fix the payroll data. The email back to me says 30 to 45 days to fix. Are you ****kidding me?
