Not deleting forms for other states when an employee is terminated.

When terminating an employee and deleting them, QBO payroll is still filing for them in another state. Customer wishes they could tell the software that this is the last month they are filing for said state.

This has been a nightmare for me as well. I have many states that I have tried to get them to remove/deactivate but they never do. I remove the location anywhere I can and have tried everything they advise- but they still pop up as needing to file returns. I filed my own final returns outside of QBO and closed down our accounts with the states, but it's a pain to see all the listed 'Filings Due' when they should not even be an active state.
