I have a client who paid the required amount to TWC, which was more than the QBO calculated liability (she did not adjust the experience rate on Jan 1. She recorded the rate in March). The only "resolution" offered is for her to request a refund from TWC. She needs to adjust the liability to match the payment. A simple journal entry did not solve the issue.
