Please create the ability to track and pay employees and contractors by the minute but also bill by rounded/ quarter hour as opposed to billing to the minute. I am having to change the time invoiced to the customer on each entry because I pay my contractor by the minute. I need to ability to track and use time in different ways due to various contracts.
