Back when Intuit first announced that Intuit Online Payroll (formerly PayCycle) was being discontinued and that all subscriptions would be migrated to QuickBooks Online Payroll subscriptions I was told that Intuit had plans to make available a way to merge a QuickBooks Online Payroll subscription with a QuickBooks Online subscription.

This would allow payroll and G/L to be in the same file with reporting for past payrolls, tax payment history and archived form filings not being lost as would be the case if payroll was added to the Online subscription and the payroll only subscription was canceled.

That feature does not currently exist. I would like to see this feature rolled out. This would eliminate file duplication at the accounting firm I work for as well as eliminate an issue we are having with exporting transactions that I have detailed in a separate feedback post.
