American Express not Loading Transactions

American Express Bank Feed is not loading individual transactions. The balance is updating and accurate, but no transactions are uploading to the bank feed. This started in November. I have submitted a Support Ticket, but nothing has fixed. I have disconnected and reconnected multiple times. The AMEX feed is via the Delegate option. I must now manually track AMEX transactions in Excel and load them via a JE.

I have an issue with several banks and credit cards not downloading into bank transaction area. Chase, Bank of America and local. Or they disconnect daily. This one operation has severely slowed my operations.

I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue and can only imagine how frustrating it is.
We are currently aware of the issue and have the appropriate parties working it. The issue is currently documented via INV-136674. Your prior cases is added to this investigation and you will be notified via email of any updates.
