QBO is down again this morning and I sincerely hope Intuit is monitoring the feedback being shared on DownDetector.com and other customer forums. Recurring outages and system glitches don't just create temporary inconveniences—they have a significant impact on our ability to serve our clients. As accounting professionals, we work under strict deadlines and are entrusted with our clients' financial data. When QuickBooks Online becomes unavailable or core features fail unexpectedly, our work comes to a standstill. Deadlines are missed, meetings have to be rescheduled, accounting tasks are delayed, and we are left explaining issues that are entirely outside of our control. Beyond the lost productivity, these outages damage the trust we've worked hard to build with our clients. They expect reliability from us, and we expect the same from the software we pay a premium to use. Unfortunately, service interruptions have become frequent enough that they're no longer isolated incidents—they're becoming part of the normal experience. As subscription costs continue to increase, reliability should be improving, not declining. Intuit needs to recognize that these recurring outages have real financial and reputational consequences for the accounting professionals and businesses who depend on QBO every day.
