My inventory account, after all transactions have been reconciled, is $4,300 different than the balance sheet and bank register. I had created a case #15159125357 and added to the investigation #148026. It took 2 hours and 3 screen shares to get added to this investigation. It has now been closed telling me i was doing it wrong. Now if i want to get this case reopened i need to go through the same 2 hours process. Why has the QBO customer service the worst at this time. I would rather do anything than contact support at this time. Should i really have to spend 4+ hours with support to get this, in my opinion, very serious issue resolved or even taken serious by QBO. I should not know more then every person i speak to at support
