Bank connection error 377

Client reconnected their bank and it's promptly broken again for Bank of America.
We are getting error 377, I can't keep asking the client to fix the connection. I can manually import transactions, but that defeats the purpose. We will then end up with a bunch of duplicates I will have to sort through when the connection does get re-established!
