This is not happening on all of our clients, but enough to where it's impacting our workflows. When in the recon screen, if trying to view/download auto-uploaded statements, often times you have to look in reconciled to find the statement you need to work with. Since my staff usually performs recons, I haven't been able to pinpoint the cause, but perhaps this happens when someone undoes a prior period recon and QB doesn't know to put it back to the unreconciled statement list? There doesn't seem to be a way to sync it back up to the proper period.
