There is a known limitation that batch invoicing does not use your user created templates for the invoicing, so if a custom template is desired, the invoices each need to be adjusted manually after import. A member of our team has been submitting this problem through Intuit feedback channels for over a year, as she goes through the batch invoicing process monthly with one of her clients and now we have another in this situation and there could be many others that need this. Batch invoicing typically defaults to the standard template, requiring users to manually change the template on each invoice individually if a custom design is needed.
