When looking at the Customer's transactions from the Customer/Leads list, we cannot see Sales Orders for that customer in their list of transactions. My client converted from QB Desktop to QBO Plus and Desktop allowed one to not only see the Sales Orders under the customer name but to filter by Status. Please fix this in QBO. The Purchase Orders are listed under the Vendor names and are allowing filtering by status. Sales orders should to the same in the customer list.
