Duplicate Invoices Creating Extra Duplicates

I use copy/duplicate invoices quite often. Yesterday when I did one after I saved & closed, I noticed there were 2 more duplicates created by mistake. I was extra careful today when I did it & sure enough, 2 more copies were created somehow when I only saved & closed the original duplicate I created.

Mind you, I was using a new company setup where I had the issue. I didn't have the issue on the other companies I manage. The beta was popping up on the right hand side as I was making adjustments to the copy such as date, description & it was typing in something like say create copy an invoice & the screen was just doing its own thing on the beta side. I try to ignore all these marketing pop ups & beta stuff. I don't need most of the "save time functions," it actually creates more work for me & is quite frustrating fighting the system with so many ad & beta pop ups.

I have the same issue described by Marie Porolniczak. I follow the same 'fix' just to keep moving.
I could not replicate what Chelsea mentioned above.

I duplicate my AR invoices. When I duplicate, change the details and select save and close. I get this message "We're busy working out the sales tax but didn't quite finish, calculating it. Save your invoice again". It takes a few seconds to save and close the second time. My workaround is duplicate the invoice, select Save, then Save and Close. This does not show the sales tax message and is slightly faster. FYI I have never added sales tax to my invoices.
