Not really a bank feed issue but there's no other place to post this. My client sent an invoice which was paid via QuickBooks Payments. Later the bank reversed the payment. They made the correct entries to account for the bounceback and fee and issued a new invoice to their customer. On the Invoices screen it still has the "Needs Attention" message but no invoices are shown. I looked through the support message boards and it seems this problem has been going on for years. The support reps suggest deleting the original invoice and payment, which is NOT correct accounting procedure. This needs to be fixed.

SOOOO annoying - and yes, we can learn to ignore it but it really bothers some clients and of course it is NEVER best practice to delete!!!

Yes! This is so frustrating. I know to ignore it but my one of my clients is so worried something is wrong because this message won't go away

I can't tell you how many times QuickBooks support has told me to delete something, including payroll entries. I don't know who guides these reps to this conclusion but they clearly have no understanding of accounting.
