It could be useful to have a column that shows when the last time a rule was used. This could 1) let us know if our rule isn't well written or 2) it is no longer needed and can be removed.
I say to let us know if our rule isn't well written, because I have found several duplicate rules within clients where the only difference is "description" vs "bank text" this will happen because Description is the default condition, but when you are processing bank transactions later you see that the "same" transaction is not sorted by that rule. Turns out you should have (almost always in my case) select "Bank Text" instead of "Description".
Or is that just a me thing?
