Live Feed Glitches

The live feed bank transactions in the updated view continue to glitch out. Live feeds aren't updating, have to reconnect with banks/credit card companies routinely now, transactions are being duplicated in the live feed window, the import feature isn't bringing the correct data in, when looking at transactions posted it isn't updating with most recent postings. The transaction import preview shows the correct date on the import, but when they are imported the date isn't even the correct year. There are some great updates that are helpful while posting, but we need this feature to function consistently in QBO.

Hi Jill Yule and Jacyn Wexler (sorry for accidentally deleting your comment).
There are a few different items in this thread so I'll break down them individually:
- For broken bank and credit card connections, I had posted a couple of troubleshooting steps in the comment section under the following post: https://intuit.canny.io/admin/feedback/qbo-bank-feed/p/several-banks-are-not-staying-connected?boards=qbo-bank-feed
Please let me know if those situations apply, if not, we can certainly do a separate follow up with you.
- For duplicate transactions, are they occurring when you are importing transactions from a file, or when you are trying to disconnect and reconnect a bank account; or it's happening for perfectly connected accounts?
- For import feature not bringing in the right data (ie. year), is this when you are importing a CSV file, QBO file, or PDF?

Nicholas Guan The duplicate transactions occur in perfectly connected accounts. The import feature is happenning when we try to import from a PDF.
