Update here. We are working on expanding access of My Menu to both Accountant and non-Accountant users for the ability to customize their primary nav and actions. We continue to support existing customization of Navigation, Bookmarking, Create actions.

Joe Preston - Has Intuit taken a formal survey or just gotten a sense from users' feedback on this topic? When I attend webinars, the (vocal) consensus seems to be for the ability to create a custom menu bar across clients' files.

Just like it is possible to import other lists (eg Chart of Accounts, Customer List, Vendor List etc), it would be helpful to be able to build a file with the same navigation structure. I understand that lists are different from the Navigation Bar, but this would be helpful.

Re: Customizing My Menu across all Clients - We have had some mixed feedback on similar requests from other Accountants, both for setting bookmarks for their clients, as well as for employees in their firms using QBOA. Currently we have no plans to implement this in QBO or QBOA.
