On average it take 20-60 seconds for a page to load or switching between screens in QBO. This is slowing down our daily work significantly since we are now spending a lot of time just waiting for the page to load. I am guessing we are spending at least 30 mins per day just waiting around for the page we need to load

There have been several times where, while in Chrome, I have found QBO to be super laggy while nothing else of mine is acting the same way. Then when I hover over the QBO tab, I see that Chrome says it is using 1+
gigs
of memory. I'll close out of the entire browser, start again, and bam, same thing. Some days it will be completely fine, then the next...R

While waiting for a page to load, the system loses its TCPIP connection and simply hangs, requiring a log out/log in activity.

Totally agree. I waste so much time waiting for pages to load. Also, once a check entry or deposit window finally opens, it often takes no less than 3, sometimes 4 clicks for the cursor to actually stick in a field to be able to start entering data. Extremely frustrating!

For the company to update and open is also a big issue on how long it is taking to load.
