Please make it possible to include more than one email address. It currently doesn't allow a comma or another @address.
Most industries require/include Purchase Orders and locations for projects. Please provide cells for this data and make it possible to include the Project Name, PO and location on invoices that are auto-populated with the information.
We currently use custom fields on invoices and have to manually enter each cell on each invoice. Our clients expect/need this information, so we are obligated to ensure every invoice every month includes the Project Name, PO and location.

Hi Tricia,
We greatly appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback and help us identify ways to improve QuickBooks Online. Your example of saving more than one email address on the Project Details makes sense, and we will get that in front of the correct people.
While it is not ideal, I would like to offer a work around that might help a little. When you are creating / emailing an estimate or Invoice for a Project, in the email field you can add multiple email addresses manually by placing a comma in between each email address.
For your second bit of feedback, it would be helpful to get more details of what you would find ideal. Currently, custom fields can be set up as free form text, assigned to projects and print on sales transactions. I've attached some screen shots for visual context. Could you please provide additional details to help me better understand what we will be advocating for?

John Richardson - We already use the email cell in invoices, but that has its own issue: when addresses are updated in the customer/subcustomer details they are not updated in that invoice cell...in fact, unless we manually monitor that cell, it will pull old addresses from historical invoices.
We already use custom fields, but they have to be manually entered on each invoice each time a new invoice is created. This is cumbersome when generating hundreds of invoices at a time. It would be ideal if these fields were static for each customer or subcustomer and auto populate into new invoices. This is what I'm referring to in having more data in the project details that can flow into invoices & other transactions.
Thank you,
Tricia

I agree this would be very helpful especially in construction projects.
