I know, it's still so confusing. I can typically pick up new accounting software in a matter of hours. Previous QBO updates were not always the best, but again only took a short while to figure it out and change old habits. However, this current push for AI and complete overhaul of QBO is still awful after almost a whole year. My staff hates it and my clients hate it. The layout with the multiple toolbars and hidden features is so time consuming. Maybe that's the point, make it so frustrating we all leave so AI can continue to screw up everyone's books without anyone reviewing and correcting.
