Rearrange Expanded Coding Fields

Almost everywhere in QBO, vendor is to the left of the account, but when you expand the transaction you get this view.
Secondarily: the transaction type is generally above vendor and account. Is there a way we could shift that up and move the full bank description to the left of transaction type?
I put this as moderate because its pretty annoying with all the muscle memory built up
