This has come back. I can now see and use the Request functionality, but it is not working very well at all. Team members are uploading receipts and the AI agent doesn't recognize the upload. It asks over and over to attach the receipt when it is attached. The entry doesn't move to the Review tab. The uploaded receipt even when it moves to Review tab will often not attach the record in the Bank transaction dashboard. It requires downloading the image then manually attaching in the Bank transaction.

I am having the opposite problem. I turn off the request button to save screen space on the bank feeds page and it keeps coming back!

This is in all of my QBO files. All my customers. The Request functionality has disappeared....
