Not loving the lack of function in regards to requests for more information. It was great the way it was. Why has it become so elusive to find and singular in delivery? I used to be able to click on a very obvious link and send all requests at once. Now I have to hunt for it in the mailbox link and send one at a time? That's inefficient.
