Restore ability to edit bank rule priority number (drag-and-drop is impractical at scale)

I manage over 700 bank transaction rules spread across 16 pages in the rules list. New rules are automatically assigned the lowest priority, and the only way to reprioritize them appears to be drag-and-drop — which is effectively unusable across 16 pages of pagination. I cannot drag a rule from page 16 to page 1.
I believe earlier versions of QBO allowed editing a rule's priority number directly. That option no longer appears to be available, and its removal has made high-volume rule management extremely difficult.
Requested fix (any one of these would help):
Restore the ability to edit a rule's priority number directly in the edit screen.
Add a "Move to top" / "Move to position…" action in the row-level menu.
Allow bulk reordering or a larger/configurable page size so drag-and-drop remains viable.

Yes please. I have to manipulate rule names just to get it in the general area needed. There are some "catch-all" rules, specifically with deposits. Any new deposit rule made goes to the bottom, then I have to drag it up and wait... and wait... (there seems to be an abundance of waiting). Just let me put in a number and then shift every other number down... pretty much how it works now without having to drag.

Thanks for bringing this is issue up, Hillel Caplan! Bank Rule drag-and-drop is simple but impractical and time-consuming when there is more than one page of Rules. I rely heavily on RightTools to search, sort etc. because those features are not standard with QBO. But setting priority is key for some rules and is not addressed by RightTool.
