Several banks are not staying connected

We are experiencing severe disruption with several banks that will not stay connected. We have completely taken them down and started over, had the owner make the connections, but the moment we reconnect them they instantly need reconnection. Even when connected, Statements aren't available. This is happening with Umpqua, BMO, F&A, and OnPoint.

Hi all! Thanks so much for reaching out. So that the team can have more directed help, could you provide more information as to how the connections are set up, and if the same bank login is being used across multiple QuickBooks files?
------
When the same bank login is used across multiple QuickBooks files, there are a couple of things that need to be in place to keep the connection stable:
- The same QuickBooks user should manage the bank connection across all files. If one person connects the bank to Company A and someone else later uses those same credentials for Company B, the bank will drop the original connection.
- At the bank's account selection screen, please have your client select all accounts, even if a particular QuickBooks file only needs a few of them. Leaving any unselected can trigger disconnects.
Let me know if these situations apply.
