Spreadsheet Sync Errors - unable to use it

Multiple people at my company keep getting the same error with Spreadsheet Sync, attached. It works fine sometimes, but then gives this error sometimes, and then may keep coming up for a day or multiple days. We need to be able to rely on this tool and right now it is unreliable.

Their programmers don't know how to make the products work anymore and they plan for this with desktop and will support it less and less, until everyone gets on their QBO product so they have online access to email, credit cards, bank accounts, profit, loss ,customers names, vendor names, employee names, etc. I have a feeling they are selling the data. No business person in their right mind would give out everything they have for the success of their business, but yet they are.

I have had the issues on multiple occasions now. I had originally thought that it was an issue on a particular day but it has been recurring for weeks now.
