As a QBOA user payroll is free to me so I am unable to "cancel" it. I moved to a different payroll platform in 2024, have no employees listed, and yet still have $0 state withholding filing documents being generated on a quarterly basis in my account. So now there are a bunch of past due filings sitting in payroll taxes. Please offer an option to have that turned off for accountant users not using that service
