Please stop with all of the pop-up advertisements, product recommendations, and shameless A.I. promotion for accountant users. Every single time I log in to a client's file these days, I have to click out of no less than 4 pop-ups and it's super distracting for the accountant super user who is just trying to do their job.

OMG stop with the ads already! I'm logged in as an accountant user, I know what subscription levels are appropriate for my clients, and I do NOT want to spend time closing ads trying to upsell to a different subscription so I can regain a good third of my screen every. single. time. I switch between clients. Enough already!!! The number of times I'm having to close out of marketing banners (and unwanted, poorly functioning AI that also significantly delays page loads) Intuit is using to block 1/3 to 1/2 of my screen with is incredibly disrespectful of my time, and every other accountant user dealing with this.

We get bill pay advertisements for clients who don't have payables. We get QB payment advertisements for clients who do not invoice. We are accountants who sell services to clients. Don't understand why we get end-user advertisements in the QBOA software. Please stop this.

Aditi Sahani Good morning - If it were one or two specific CIDs this happened in, we would all be filling out the form. But this happens in EVERY SINGLE CLIENT we have and listing out all of our CIDs would take a huge amount of time that none of us have. Every client, and every time we log back into that client, even if we've already dismissed popups before in that client. The popups are either to sell us another product, or make us look at Intuit Intelligence (which is another huge waste as it is not helpful in the least). And they block our screens so we are forced to interact with them. Please make them stop.

Aditi Sahani We all say it, yet now you want us to jump to another screen to leave details there. How about the company do some testing to see for themselves? Do you think we make this stuff up? You know very well what you are doing. The ADS are more clear & big than the stuff we actually want to see!

Agreed!!! It's a time waste and embarassing when doing Zoom consults as well. When we log in you know we are a QBOA account so why would you advertise to us?

Aditi Sahani This is not working as designed, at least as of right now. I followed the instructions and told AI to stop opening panel in one client's file but when I open a new client file it's still happening. I'll continue to monitor but wanted to let you know.
