Why is everything running sooooooo slow. All of my clients and I have to wait for QBO to catch up when we type in transactions. Is your AI focus leading to issues? It looks like you are tracking keystrokes per other feedback. Why would QBO need to track keystrokes unless you are gathering information that you should not be gathering. Get your programmers to fix the bugs in your system. This software costs enough that any issues should be minimal or non-existent.

I am not having as much trouble with the actual entry but waiting for menus to open. I can click on the "more actions" button on an invoice and in the time I had to wait for the menu, I opened this and logged in. It's not only that button, I have been having issues in the last week or so with drop downs and other things. It's not all the time thankfully but that also makes it harder to nail down what's going on...
