The AI Banking is not following our rules, instead it turned them into generic rules for personal, when we had them set up to be more specific. AI IS WORKING AGAINST OUR RULES. We are having to go into each rule and reset it to the category we want and turn off the automatic. Turn off AI, bookkeeping is a nuanced art and we use specific categories.

Yes, please give us the option to turn AI off. While AI is useful outside of books, we do not want AI in our books. and that is not just us at our firm but every client I have talked to feels the same. let us 'opt-out' of AI in qbo

Agreed!! It's awful and time consuming. And I still hate the additional columns on the bank activity screen, especially where Match shows up in 2 columns. Every time I have to pause and remember, which "match" do I click to actually match the transaction?

Between the AI and the unending advertisements it has slowed the program down tremendously. I would love to be able to switch both off.

I have also found that whenever I enter a vendor name for one bank transaction, the remaining bank transactions all copy that name, so I have to change each one, which takes more time now than it used to when the set rules were followed.
