Bank Feed & Accounting Agent feedback

QuickBooks launched the Bank Feed and Accounting Agent in July 2025. To build on the innovation, we are testing a new tool for our most important partners. This allows accountants to submit feedback, engage with others in the community, and see progress updates from us. More info https://intuit.me/bankfeeds_2. Intuit has the right to delete content that does not follow the code of conduct or is outside of the scope of bank feed experience without any notice.
QB Payments - Delayed funds
For more than a month now, my customer payments have been delayed or placed in a reviewed status and then set to batch 4 - 5 days later, only to be released the following week. I have spoken to the risk department, and I must say, something needs to be done about this. They have said that I have no red flags and my account is low risk. For example, I was paid on 11/2/26. The merchant services site says the money has been authorized and batched on 11/2, but QB says it will be batched on 11/6 and released on 11/9. The agent I spoke to on Monday said that the customer's bank was holding the funds. However, I spoke to both a QB agent and Risk specialists (both were very patient & kind), and they were able to clarify a few things, while not being able to resolve the issue. This is unacceptable. The training of most agents is also unacceptable because they do not all investigate the situation thoroughly. Instead, they read a script, which honestly insults our intelligence. Please, I beg you to make it a priority to see why there is a discrepancy between the merchant services site and the QB payouts screen and listing of activity. Additionally, we cannot function as a business being inconvenienced by waiting for our money to hit the bank a week later. The explanation is to protect us from chargebacks, but it appears that you may be sitting on the money to earn interest. There seems to be an issue with algorithms, AI or something. Please fix this. We can't conduct business this way. Otherwise, I will need to look for other third-party payment solutions. I have been using QB for more than 10 years for my business. I expect improvement in efficiency, not inconvenience.
