Bank Feed & Accounting Agent feedback

QuickBooks launched the Bank Feed and Accounting Agent in July 2025. To build on the innovation, we are testing a new tool for our most important partners. This allows accountants to submit feedback, engage with others in the community, and see progress updates from us. More info https://intuit.me/bankfeeds_2. Intuit has the right to delete content that does not follow the code of conduct or is outside of the scope of bank feed experience without any notice.
Ongoing frustration
I stopped posting in here several months ago because I felt like I was just complaining every day. However, the interface that rolled out last summer continues to irritate me, my staff and my clients. I feel it keeps getting worse and worse. Last year the responses we received on here were quite dismissive as if we just weren't willing to adopt to new software. We adopt new software, improved software and upgraded software all of the time as accountants, so I found that attitude toward us quite insulting. After a year of working with the "improved" bank feed, AI Agent, and new menus all over the place, I'm going to be honest, it's gotten worse and continues to frustrate everyone that uses it. This frustration occurs whether I'm training a new or experienced user. This is not an adoption problem; this is a developer problem. I've been able to implement new workflow software over the last year in less time. I've switched some companies to Zoho. I've moved clients to BILL.com , RAMP and Expensify. We left our old workflow software to try using the QBO native Close Books, then Books Close and the bank activity client request feature. The QB tools just don't cut it so we're now implementing Double since it has the same features, plus more, and the screens don't take forever to load. Intuit is trying to do too much, too soon, and jumping to the next greatest and latest before even half of the bugs are fixed on things they rolled out a year ago. It is getting tiring forever working in a beta test environment.

New QBO subscriptions - restored data causes extreme lag in daily operations
3 Questions for you, please (I understand these may need to go to Engineering): Is there any information available regarding storage limits on Intuit's cloud server per subscription of QBO? Are newly created companies receiving different database resources, reporting infrastructure, or post-copy optimization than legacy or established companies? If, after researching the below, I need to pose a question directly for investigation per use case - unless you tell me differently, I suppose I might ask something like: "Please investigate whether a copied company’s reporting indexes, post-copy database processing, tenant provisioning, or report-service allocations are completing correctly?" - OR if I need to provide specific use-cases for investigation. The context: I have several clients who were either in regular retail subscriptions of QBO obtained directly through Intuit or wholesale subscriptions provided by their ProAdvisor who migrated using Intuit's Backup + Restore (Copy) feature, and the reports take FOREVER to load to in the new subscription. There is also no consistent rhyme or reason (which browser, date of the move, length of historical data, subscription tier(s), or when the attempt to run the report was made as it happens when checking over several days), and since the original data file has exactly as much information as the new one - this leads me to believe it is either a server limitation placed on newer subscriptions OR some type of indexing, cache, or optimizations limitations regarding databases or reports failing on newer subscriptions since it does not happen in the originals.
